Originally designed by Casa Grande developers, a typical urban setting of a individual villa which is positioned in its worst orientation facing the west. There was a need for serious alterations that could considerably bring down transmittance of heat and radiation from the west sun.
Located in Chennai on the OMR, the villa stands out amidst the typical row of houses. The bamboo lattice, wooden columns, thinnai, sloped roof adds on to the beauty of the elevation and gives it a new identity.
